By installing, accessing, or using VanishVPN (the “Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Application.
2. Nature of the Application
VanishVPN is a client application for connecting to VPN servers that are provided by you or by third-party VPN providers. The Application does not include VPN servers, does not act as a VPN service provider, and does not sell or resell VPN access.
3. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Obtaining VPN configurations and subscriptions from lawful sources
- Complying with the laws and regulations of your country
- Complying with the terms of service of any third-party VPN provider
- Keeping your VPN credentials and configuration data secure
- Any activity performed through the VPN connection
4. No Data Collection
We do not store, collect, process, transmit, or sell any user information. All configurations, settings, and preferences remain on your device.
5. Third-Party Services
The Application may allow you to import configurations or subscriptions from third-party VPN providers. Those providers operate independently of VanishVPN. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for their content, availability, speed, privacy practices, or legality.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Application to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe the rights of any third party
- Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
- Interfere with or disrupt networks or services
- Engage in unauthorized access to systems or data
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VanishVPN and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Application.
9. Availability
We do not guarantee that the Application will function without errors, or that it will be available at all times. Functionality may be affected by changes in Android, your device, your network, or third-party VPN servers.
10. Updates
We may release updates, bug fixes, or new versions of the Application. These Terms apply to all versions unless a separate agreement accompanies a specific release.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Application after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Application at any time and uninstall it from your device. We may discontinue the Application at any time without notice.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the developer’s place of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
